Join us for our second meeting as we continue J.R.R. Tolkien’s The Lord of the Rings, with the goal of finishing The Two Towers by the night of the gathering.

Whether you joined us for The Fellowship of the Ring or are meeting the club for the first time, you’re warmly welcome! Come with a friend, bring your partner, or arrive on your own and meet some fellow readers. The club is co-ed, relaxed, and open to anyone willing to tackle a big book in good company.

We’ll spend the evening discussing The Two Towers over wine and cheese, with plenty of time to socialize—and perhaps a game or two. Bring your favorite passages, your questions, and your strongest opinions about Ents, Rohirrim, wizards, and whether second breakfast is practical on a long journey.

Discussion will range through the end of The Two Towers, but there will be no spoilers for The Return of the King. Haven’t quite finished? Come anyway! Keeping one another reading is part of the point.
